What service does Band Command.com provide?

Band Command.com is a the premier musician resource providing valuable information, tools, and cost savings to bands. Our Members also make money just by eating at restaurants! Band Command services include:

Band Command Members make Money
Our Members print cards to leave with restaurants they eat at, telling them about Band Command. If the restaurant signs up for a Band Command coupon because of the Member's card, we pay that member $40!

Who updates the Music Venue information?
You do! Band Command is member driven, and the information is entered by musicians and bands. Band Command may verify and edit some information so the database stays updated.

Do I get anything for entering venue information?
You get a chance to win prizes in contests we run, as well as the love and adoration of your fellow musicians. We all pitch in around here.

Why should I sign up as a Band Command card member?
Because you already eat at restaurants. You may as well get paid for it.

Does it cost any money to join?
Nope. It's free for all musicians.

Do I have to sell anything?
Nope. Just eat at a restaurant, note how much you spent, and leave your Band Command card with the manager. That's it. If they sign up, we'll put 40 bucks in your pocket. It pays to go out and eat with friends!

Is this some kind of multi-level marketing thing?
Nope. Band Command helps musicians make money and survive as artists. If you are capable of eating food and leaving a card at a table, we can help you. It's a cool way to make extra cash.

Is there a limit to how many restaurants I can leave my card at?
Nope. As a matter of fact, if you get 10 restaurants to run a coupon with Band Command, you'll not only make a lot of money, but we'll also send you a $200 gift certificate for Guitar Center. Rally up some friends and go eat!

How do you guys make money?
We make money when a restaurant signs up to run a coupon on Band Command, which is how we pay you and buy you music equipment.

Am I your employee when I sign up?
Nope. You're someone who eats at a restaurant and leaves a card as a referral to Band Command. That's it.

Do I have to pay taxes on the $40?
Not if you make less than $400 per year with Band Command cards. If you make over $400, then you will probably need to claim it on your taxes as a side business or additional form of income.
